Our History

The Herman Law Group is a civil law firm representing clients in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding South Florida counties. We take pride in our successes and the opportunity to fight for the rights of clients.

The Herman Law Group has handled over 1,500 foreclosure defense cases and has tried more than 250 highly contested foreclosure trials; winning many of them.

The firm, of three lawyers, vigorously and aggressively defends homeowners in foreclosure from the time the Complaint is served through trial and appeal, if necessary.

Bruce Herman, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978, has over 37 years of experience.
